Plastifloor® 523 Additive is a newly developed hard methacrylic resin of low viscosity that is preferably used as a sealer for Plastifloor® coatings to improve heavy mechanical and scratch resistance as well as maintenance.
Plastifloor® 527 Additive is a topcoat, particularly on floors broadcast with sand and smoothed coatings based on Plastifloor® 332 N, Plastifloor® 510 N or Plastifloor® 418 N in production plants of the food industry with increased water and fat load.
Plastifloor-cleaner is a solvent, which is able to solve hardened methacrylate resins, because of its aggressive solvent power.
In winter time or when coating cold rooms, the cold cement concrete floor must often be reconstructed. Plastifloor® resins can be used up to –22°F in extreme cases. However from 41°F downwards, curing by only adding Plastifloor® hardener powder 50 W is not possible.
In combination with Plastifloor® coating resins, the adhesive agent permits a coating on hot galvanized, fire-zinced and bright metal surfaces as well as an adhesive primer for ceramic tiles.
Thanks to its low viscosity, Plastifloor® Accelerator 440 is suitable as an Accelerator for MMA coating resins applied at low soil temperatures.
Plastifloor® Silothix serves as additive for Plastifloor® 540 N.
Plastifloor® SL Filler serves as additive for Plastifloor® Resins.
